Lynn Morrow

Lynn is a public policy consultant and professional planner with over two decades of experience addressing fundamental urban issues. She has extensive expertise in policy and strategy development in a range of disciplines, and is experienced in working with boards, staff and stakeholders to build consensus and foster partnerships.

Lynn has directed and facilitated numerous strategic planning processes involving visioning, priority setting, business plan development, organizational change, and the formulation of action plans to assist governments and non-profit organizations to achieve their objectives.

In 2001, following 20+ years of municipal service, Lynn established her consulting practice, Lynn Morrow Consulting, and has a broad diversity of clients in a range of sectors. Lynn's core practice focuses on - policy, strategy and governance; research and issues analysis; implementation strategies and action plans; and communications expertise.

Lynn is an editor of two weekly publications covering planning and development news and municipal politics in Toronto and the GTA. Prior to entering the consulting business Lynn was most recently Executive Director of the Greater Toronto Services Board. She has a Masters of Science in Planning from the University of Toronto, is a long-standing member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and is a Registered Professional Planner.
